ALMOND/OAT PANCAKES

These are my favorite pancakes! I eat them everyday for breakfast, and I always top them with chocolate chips, and they taste AMAZING.



This recipe makes 3 medium sized pancakes (good for 1 person.)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup crushed oats

  • 1/4 cup almond flour

  • 3 tablespoons sugar (add more to make them sweeter: I put less sugar since I top them with chocolate chips)

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • chocolate chips

steps:

  1. mix everything together in a medium sized bowl

  2. if the mixture starts to thicken, add some water to thin it out

  3. let the mixture sit for 10 minutes

  4. cook the pancakes on each side on a medium sized pan

  5. serve with your favorite fruit, chocolate chips, anything of your choice!

  6. enjoy!
