These are my favorite pancakes! I eat them everyday for breakfast, and I always top them with chocolate chips, and they taste AMAZING.
This recipe makes 3 medium sized pancakes (good for 1 person.)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup crushed oats
1/4 cup almond flour
3 tablespoons sugar (add more to make them sweeter: I put less sugar since I top them with chocolate chips)
1/2 cup almond milk
chocolate chips
steps:
mix everything together in a medium sized bowl
if the mixture starts to thicken, add some water to thin it out
let the mixture sit for 10 minutes
cook the pancakes on each side on a medium sized pan
serve with your favorite fruit, chocolate chips, anything of your choice!
