These brownies are super filling and they taste really good && you do not have to bake them. They are vegan if you don't use regular chocolate chips for the ganache on the top. You should definitely try them out!
Ingredients:
1 cup of almonds (you can use other nuts if you want)
1 cup of packed pitted dates (make sure they are room temperature)
1/3 cup of cocoa powder
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
3 tablespoons coconut oil
for the ganache
1/3 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup almond milk
Directions:
In a food processor, crush the nuts
add the remaining ingredients, and the consistency will be sticky
mold the mixture onto a flat surface like how it is in the picture
enjoy!
for the ganache:
in a saucepan heat up 1/4 cup of almond milk until bubbles form around the edges
add in the chocolate chips
put the mixture into the fridge for about 10 minutes, or until it thickens up a little
