HEALTHY NUT BROWNIES

These brownies are super filling and they taste really good && you do not have to bake them. They are vegan if you don't use regular chocolate chips for the ganache on the top. You should definitely try them out!


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of almonds (you can use other nuts if you want)

  • 1 cup of packed pitted dates (make sure they are room temperature)

  • 1/3 cup of cocoa powder

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil

for the ganache

  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

Directions:

  1. In a food processor, crush the nuts

  2. add the remaining ingredients, and the consistency will be sticky

  3. mold the mixture onto a flat surface like how it is in the picture

  4. enjoy!

for the ganache:

  1. in a saucepan heat up 1/4 cup of almond milk until bubbles form around the edges

  2. add in the chocolate chips

  3. put the mixture into the fridge for about 10 minutes, or until it thickens up a little
